We review the scope, spec materials, and return a detailed line-item bid with lead times and an install schedule. Once approved, we generate shop drawings, CNC-fabricate everything in-house, and our crew delivers and installs on your timeline.
We sub for millwork companies on projects they can't staff, partner directly with GCs who need a reliable fabrication and install crew, and take on owner-direct work from design through completion. We also provide value engineering solutions — if there's a smarter material or construction method that hits the design intent at a better price point, we'll bring it to the table during bidding.
We coordinate countertop programs across quartz, granite, solid surface, Thinscape, butcherblock, and plastic laminate through dedicated fabrication partners, while Hatley manages material selection, templating coordination, installation, and quality control. We also build PLAM casework — plastic laminate over substrate for durable, spec-grade cabinetry and fixtures using Wilsonart's full HPL catalog.
